2. The service
lumen edits photos. The filters are free and run on your device. The AI tools and a larger gallery are part of lumen Pro. Signing in by email creates your account.
3. lumen Pro
- US$4.99 for 30 days of Pro, with 100 photos with AI in those 30 days and a gallery of up to 2,000 photos (10 GB). Free accounts get 3 photos with AI to try and a 20-photo gallery. A photo with AI covers every AI tool on that photo, its enhanced and erased versions included, for up to 8 AI runs within 7 days of the first; after that, the same photo counts as a new one. A result you already have is returned without a run.
- A pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically; buying again while Pro is active adds 30 days after the current pass ends. Unused photos with AI do not carry over.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Refunds
Pro is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, so purchases are generally non-refundable. We refund a duplicate charge, a payment whose Pro access we could not activate, an unauthorised charge, or a wrong amount. Request it within 14 days at hello@manabisa.com or through Paddle's receipt email. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. A refunded pass ends at once. This does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
5. Your photos
Your photos stay yours. You let us store and process them only to provide lumen to you: running the tools you choose and keeping your gallery. Only upload photos you have the right to use.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use lumen to make or store illegal content; sexual content involving anyone under 18; images that deceive, harass, or impersonate a real person; or edits of other people's photos without their permission. We may remove such content and close accounts that break these rules.
7. AI results
AI tools can make mistakes, and results vary from photo to photo. Check a result before you rely on it or share it.
8. Liability
lumen is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
9. Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the service and will post the date of the change here. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Kabupaten Bandung Barat, West Java, Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
